Due to a lot of interest in our salsa academy we decided to open up another one in July. The free introduction class for the first session of the academy is going to be held at 7.45 at Crescent Lotus Dance Studio on July 8th.

Instructional DVDs of the stuff we teach at the class will be available for our students at the end of each 6-wk session.

Bringing salsa back to New Orleans….

Happy New Years everyone!!!

La Luna Negra is going to offer an intermediate level partner work class on Wednesdays @ 7pm at Expressions Dance Studio (163 Hickory, Harahan)

We will also have a smoke-free salsa social at the studio after the class (8-11pm)

So whoever is willing to practice or have fun with the real salsa community in the town is welcome! The cover will be $5. There will be snacks and wine!! You are welcome to bring your own beverage.

For the members who are registered for the class on monthly bases, the social is going to be free of charge.
